The episode opens with Louis standing on top of a building. He steps off the edge and lands on the sidewalk, snapping his neck. A close-up on his corpse shows that he is smiling. There is then a flashback to when Jenni had been attacked in the bathroom, until there is a close-up on her face and her eyes snap open.
Jenni then wakes up in a hospital bed. As she sits up, she sees someone coming into her room and frantically begins to press the call button for the nurse, fearful that the monster from before has come back to finish the job. However, her ex-husband Daniel comes into the room instead. All seems fine at first, until Daniel's hand turns into a clawed hand wearing a red fingerless glove. it is revealed that Daniel's eyes are missing, with two holes blown straight through his head where his eyes should've been.
Jenni tries to move away as the gloved hand grabs her leg, and she turns to see The Look-See sitting at the edge of her hospital bed. The Look-See opens its mouth, and to Jenni's horror, a hand emerges from its throat and drops something on the bed -- a golden pocket watch. Jenni waits for the monster to do something, but it simply sits there, waiting for her to take the watch. Jenni, seeing her chance to attack, takes the spoon from her food tray and stabs The Look-See in the jaw. As The Look-See staggers away from the bed, Jenni takes the knife from her tray and goes after it, crawling on the floor of her room as the monster flees the room. By the door, The Look-See falls over and Jenni goes to stab it, but an unseen force pulls the monster out the door and slams it shut.
As Jenni climbs back into her bed, she sees the pocket watch is still on her bed. She picks it up, and notices that the clock hands are moving backwards. She thinks back to the day Daniel proposed to her, and then to the day where he admitted his affair to her. Then, the spoon she stabbed The Look-See with falls in her lap, covered in black blood. Jenni looks up, and The Look-See is standing mere inches from her, smiling widely as the film ends.[2]
